The per hour cost to hire this facility is from $62 as per Council’s Fees and Charges document which can be found on the Popular Documents page of our website. Commerical rates apply to businesses.

Terrace Function Room
Large meeting room with an outside terrace. The venue has a commercial kitchen adjoining and catering available with exclusive rights to Bern the Chef Pty Ltd, telephone 0402 092 574, info@bernthechef.com.au. Alternatively, venue only hire is available (no food permitted).

If you require the use of the retractable stage, please ensure that you inform the bookings team at the time of your booking. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements prior to your event. Additionally, if your event is scheduled for the weekend, please be advised that you must collect the remote for the stage from the Civic Centre in advance.
